Located in Cerritos, this charming house for $240 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Are you looking for an awesome house to enjoy Disneyland? This is it. The perfect place to come back to enjoy after your trip to Disneyland. The house is beautifully design. It is bright, sunny, happy, and warm, and really feel welcome home. The living room is beautiful, the kitchen dinning room, is connect to outdoor living space and the backyard for you to enjoy california living. There is a hot tube in the backyard 4 enjoyment. A large back yard for kids to run around. Three bedrooms &4 beds - A brand new remodeled gem, a perfect place for you, your friends, or your family to come back to after disneyland visit. - The home is designed super well with attentions to details from the front yard to whole house to the back yard with your comfortable in mind. - When you enter the front door, you will find an bright and happy living room with a 65 inch TV, two sofas and two chairs with plenty of seats for everyone. The main hallway take you back to three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house can comfortably sleep 8 with a floor mattress for 9 person. - First bedroom has a queen bed - Second bedroom has two full beds - Master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom with a soaking bathtub - Hallway bathroom has a bathtub/shower and double sinks - From the living room, kitchen is on the right with a dinning space seatings for 6 people and 3 bar stools - Dinning room is connected to outdoor seating space with hot tub and super nice backyard with hammocks - Garage has been converted to a game room with ping pong table and foosball table. Can park 2 cars in front of the garage - Guest has access to the whole house except linen closet - Please note that we are not refilling propane tank. You can take an empty tank to home depot for refilling with a small fee - Please keep quiet in the backyard after 10pm PLEASE NOTE: We have exterior cameras at the property for security and insurance purposes. - Early Check-in fee: $35 per hour - Late Check-out fee: $35 per hour

House was clean and the beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was very relaxing. Big TVs in the living room and master. Large second bathroom and both bathrooms had large walk in showers. Would stay again!

I have to start this review by saying that I have stayed at a number of rental properties in CA and the responsiveness from this property manager is the best I have ever experienced. I had several questions before and during my stay and I received responses immediately. The directions to the home were clear and the entry process was easy and quick. The description of the property was spot on. The home is tastefully renovated and comfortable. I stayed with my husband, two teenage sons and two Boston Terriers. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the backyard was perfect for my dogs to run around in. My sons (ages 14 and 15) really enjoyed the ping pong and foosball tables in the climate-controlled garage. Each room has it's own heating and cooling unit which allowed us to enjoy different temperatures while sleeping. The neighborhood was very quiet. It was close to Knotts Berry Farm (a $20 uber ride) as well as near restaurants and other amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay again if we head to Knotts Berry Farm!

Family and I enjoyed home and proximity to local stores and restaurants. Close to Disneyland and communication with owner was seamless and easy. Home recently added to VRBO and my family was one of the first to reserve. All linens and bedding were new, but I wish they would have washed them prior to our arrival as towels and such would shed lint due to being new. Home has everything including BBQ and hot tub. I would recommend having the hot tub serviced and there was a issue with sugar ants that were coming into the master bathroom. All in all it was a nice home and I would stay again.
