Passable

The variety of breakfast, the staff was very friendly, the location is excellent.

The mattress needs to be upgraded, I was able to feel the springs from the bed. I didn't sleep well during my stay

I guess my expectations were too high

location ok, there is a big mall near by

1. The showerhead was dirty. 2. The blankets were too thin. 3. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear noises from the neighboring rooms. 4. There were insects in the bathroom. 5. The switches were dirty. 6. I didn’t feel comfortable using the bathtub. 7.hair dryer was sticky

Breakfast was sub-par but better than nothing.

Room was okay but there were dead bugs in the bathtub. The bed was very hard and not very comfortable

Ugly room, Cleaning storage like room!

The location

The room was at the very corner i would say edge or exit, placed where it shouldn’t supposed to consider that as guess room, it is more like cleaning supply or storage room next to exit at the back. The corner or i would say emergency exit is where our room is, it was too dark when check in 3:45 because it was on the corner to the exit. Ugly!

The location was good.

Not having my clean, the ability to receive clean towels for bathing until the third day of staying there no housekeeping service until the third day of stay, no service at night due to one person at front desk to assist with access of c lol ean towel I was booked as smoking, in which I did not order a smoking room.
