Actually the front desk clerk noticed that I was checking in 1 day earlier than my reservation and was able to handle the changed transaction even though it was the last room available. Usually hotel reception doesn't want to handle these "mistakes" so very pleasantly surprised. The last thing my jet lagged brain needed was finding another hotel room.

Bathroom was clean and stocked with supplies. Room and hallway carpet looked almost new, hallway and elevator area well lit. Housekeepers were friendly and cordial.

I was flying out of LAX at 815am, with a rental car (pro tip- you cannot find rental return by following signs, look up address) and I wanted a decent place within 30 min drive. Nice hotel that cost 10 to 20 bucks more than dumps that were 5 to 10 min closer. Highly recommend. Only downside- I was in one half of a suite and so I could hear my neighbors talking while I got ready for early sleep, though I fell asleep okay with an earbud in.

Great hotel, renewed few years ago however, my room window seems to be broken, cannot close fully. (leaves a large gap where outside sound and wind comes in) Also, from the side of the window I can hear voices from the next door when they are a bit loud.

Everything was nice and clean, staff is great. Room 714 coffee pot though, made a first cup but couldn’t make a second coffee for hubby.

I was charged for a service that I did not use. When I confronted the front desk they told me that I picked up the phone and made an international call … I don’t even know anyone that is international and they said actually dialed a number when I asked what number they couldn’t give it to me and that I would be charged

If you want a beautiful hotel with no coffee accomodations and zero breakfast, then this is your place. There is no value for what you spend. I have had better amenities at a Ramada.

The hotel was in a great location, and the staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free over the weekend, and was steps away from the Performing Arts Center. We will definitely stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. No security guard or perimeter cameras. My car was broken into and police told me it happens frequently due to park with homeless/gangs two blocks away. Beds are too soft.
