Nearby beaches include Manasota Key Beach (10 min), Venice Beach (14 min), Caspersen Beach (14 min), or famous Siesta Key Beach (35 min). Close to shopping and restaurants on and off the island of Venice. You can also take a ride to downtown Sarasota or St. Armand’s Circle for additional entertainment options. There are so many things to do and places to visit all at your fingertips! Live the Florida lifestyle in this tropical getaway! This is a pet-friendly property (breed restrictions do apply). If you want to take your pup to the beach for the day, this home is only 12 min from Brohard Paw Park (dog-friendly beach)! There is an additional fee of $50 per pet for each stay. From the first message, our experience was wonderful. Our host was kind, patient and incredibly helpful. The home was comfortable, immaculately clean and well furnished. It was perfectly located in between several beautiful beaches. My husband, 2 small dogs and I felt so at peace in this neighborhood that we could truly relax. We will be looking forward to coming back to stay many more times in the years to come. Thank you for a truly wonderful vacation experience!

We were in town for a wedding at Sharkys (a must visit!) and adored our stay on Randolph street. Owner was great communicating and the house was absolutely perfect for our needs. The adjustable bed base made for a perfect night sleep after a long night of wedding dancing! Definitely will revisit this place if we are back in the area. Enjoy it!

My wife and I, plus our two dogs, just finished a stay here and I can't recommend it enough. Everything about the trip was wonderful. You won't find a host with better communication than Adriana. She was always available and even provided an excellent recommendation guide for things to do and places to eat prior to check-in. The house was perfect. Great open floor plan for the main area with a huge TV and comfortable seating. The screened-in porch out back was a great break from the heat. The pool was perfect and had a nice grass area next to it for the dogs to do their thing. We met some very friendly neighbors our first night and the neighborhood as a whole was quiet and peaceful. This location is close to anything you'll need. Quick trip to any store and several beaches, including the dog beach. When in Venice again, we won't even bother looking at other rentals. Can't wait to go back. Thanks Adriana!

This property was amazing! The house was clean and fully stocked with everything you need for your stay in Venice. The pool was an added treat too. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and had plenty of built in seats to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We would defiantly rent here again!

Very convenient location! Caspersen Beach, Manasota Key, Downtown Venice, & Venice Beach Pier all within a short drive & The kids had a fantastic time in the pool during our down time 😎 We loved our Venice Beach Vacation ⛱️❤️

Minutes drive from the beach, minutes to any store you might need, and the backyard is the perfect lounge spot. We booked for a week of sunshine travelling from Canada and were extremely happy with the choice. Adriana is accommodating, organized and on top of everything. Enjoy cooking in a dream kitchen complete with granite countertops, watch movies on the huge tvs on rainy days. We brought our two dogs and loved the nearby dog park and off leash beach. Would definitely book again! Thanks Adriana!

So my family and I wanted to check out the Venice area. We found this house only 10 minutes or less from everything in Venice. The house was super clean and updated. We have 3 kids and the pool, yard and screened in pouch was great. The host Adrian was also awesome. She is super responsive, as soon as I left her a message she responded super fast. She also was super knowledgeable about the area and gave us tips on what to do. She also let us do a later checkout with a late fight and little kiddos. What a life saver!!! We would totally book this house again. If your looking to visit Venice and want a safe great place to stay...you found it!!!

Adriana was a remarkably attentive host. The home was as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. It was great for riding bikes and taking our labs for morning walks. While we were in a neighborhood, we were short drive to the beaches . The pool was a bonus and in fact we spent most of our days there. The lanai was the perfect retreat from the sun and wonderful in the evenings. We appreciate Adriana welcoming our labs who enjoyed visiting FL for the first time Thank you again!!!

We had a wonderful stay! This home is very spacious and comfortable. We were a short drive from downtown Venice and all the beaches. Adrianna was a great host. She promptly responded to questions and provided us with information about the area.

The location is close to the beach and downtown. House was clean and we appreciated the extras (beach bag, chairs & towels, etc.). Only thing missing was chairs around the pool, or some that could be moved out there. I was really happy that we could adjust the temperature of the pool ourselves. The property owner was very nice, responsive and accommodating.

Jim and I are in our 70's, we really enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood. We had 10-12" drive to Manasota Beach, 15-18" drive to Capersen Beach. We liked Manasota Beach over Capersen. We enjoyed the restaurants in and around the Venice area. We do have some very minor issues with the pool, no railing(s) to assist getting in/out of pool, very difficult for us to get in/out of pool. Also, the high chairs were very uncomfortable to eat on high counter. Maybe a small dining room table, 2 chairs would work? Otherwise, we did enjoy our stay in your home and would recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for great winter getaway. Adriana was very helpful and accommodating with our stay in her home. We stayed 2 weeks while our condo is gutted from Ian. Our host was terrific & checked to make sure all was ok. The photos show exactly what the cute home & yard looked like. The home was so comfortable, clean and well stocked. Very nice neighborhood & close proximity to everything. Thank you Adrianna!!!
