I would stay here again, however a few pros and cons that I would say about this property: PROS: heated pool, detailed binder for guests with tips for the area to explore, 3 bedrooms, spacious floor plan, well furnished ranch home, nice landscaping around pool and cute decorating, quiet neighborhood located near stores and restaurants, pool towels provided, washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen, internet, TVs in every room and family area. CONS: master bathroom is smaller than the shared hall bathroom and master has no tub. Master shower may be a tight fit for larger person. One bed was too soft with some sort of foam layer on top that sunk in too much. Kitchen could use updating and installation of a garbage disposal would be nice. Upon arrival, we saw a car parked in the driveway which is kept at the property by owner. It would have been good to have known this ahead of time as we didn't know if other guests were inside. While this location is not within walking distance of any beach, it's a short drive to several beaches.

Excellent property! My wife & kids thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, and swimming in Christmas Eve while all of our Chicago folks were up north freezing. Landscaping is wonderful, you really feel like you're in a tropical paradise, and we loved spending time on the lanai just enjoying the weather. Very comfortable on the inside of the house too, room to spread out, and TVs in every bedroom. Also lots of extras in the garage (coolers, boogie boards, Florida snow shovels, etc), and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend, would love to stay at this house again! Wish we were still there.

The overall property and house was great. Very convenient in that my sister was next door. If we were being very picky, bathroom could be updated and the only other improvement could be the main couch, which was very uncomfortable. Sectional of some sorts would be great. Pool heater somewhat noisy being right outside the window of the master bedroom. With that being said, I would choose to stay there again over other properties. Thanks for a cozy and comfortable stay.

Everything was exactly as pictured and described. House was clean and stocked all you could possibly want for a fun, entertaining, total vacation. Pool was great!!!! Can’t praise it enough!

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The location was perfectly out of the way in a quiet neighborhood yet close to everything I could want. The beach was not even ten minutes away from the front door. Having a pool was great and everything else was perfect.

This house was clean and nicely decorated as a beach house. Loved the colors and the furniture was comfortable. The pool was clean and warm with plenty of seating. Encountered a minor issue which the hostess took care of immediately. It is located close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Loved it!

This was our first time to the area and we had a wonderful, memory filled family vacation! The house was equipped with everything needed to enjoy our week in Florida! Such a great location! We enjoyed a different beach every day of our trip. They were all beautiful! The house is conveniently located but the town does shut down rather early and with being at the beach daily we didn’t get a chance to explore the shops in downtown Venice. Everything about the home was perfect and couldn’t have been better! Thanks for hosting us, we can’t wait to come back!

I had an amazing stay in this beautiful property The owners are very friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had. They provided towels, condiments, and spices. Just a short drive to multiple beaches and walmart to pick up groceries. I will stay here again.

Our family enjoyed this vacation home with pool and LOTS of toys for the pool and neighboring beaches. Owner was quick to respond and gracious. Only negative was inability to get televisions working.

We took our 3 children down to Florida. Thankful we found this property. Very clean. Extremely comfy beds. House was stock with everything we needed. We took the kids to the beach and everything we needed was in the garage for us! Another great thing, was the pool! Our kids wouldn’t stay out of it!

We usually stay somewhere on the beach but as soon as we seen this home, we knew it would be perfect for our family of 7. We celebrated our daughters sweet 16 here. We visited 5 different beaches and ate at several different restaurants. This home is located so close to everything. It has everything you could ever need on vacation. The beach accessories was great, we didn’t have to bring ours with us during our 17 hour drive. The swimming pool and tropical feeling was amazing. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great memorable vacation!

This house was extremely clean and has everything you need on your vacation! Great location and really nice neighborhood. It was a home away from home experience for us. Our one year old loved to run all over with all the space it has. The pool door has a nice double lock that made us feel extremely comfortable with having our son around it. It was only 18 minutes from Siesta Key, only 5 minutes to Caspersen and Venice. Amazing! Will stay again if available!

Nice place, good amenities. Able to work without issues; good internet. Comfy bed. Lovely pool area, mostly private. Nice towel/blanket selection. Shampoo would have been nice to have (bought some) and I would recommend bringing your own toilet tissue! Showers are a bit cramped and dated and the water pressure is lacking. Also AC or a more powerful ceiling fan in the finished lanai would be a big plus, but overall AC is good (though the filter might need to be changed, and could be set a little lower prior to guest arrival given the amount of time it takes to cool down).
