Our Pristine Natural Beaches are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. We are located minutes from, 5 different pristine beaches who’s natural beauty has not been compromised by development. The beautiful Venetian Waterway is with in walking distance and provides miles of trails for walking and biking along the Inter-coastal Waterway which leads to many of our Beautiful Beaches. This 2,200sq. ft. Vacation Home has an inground heated pool, surrounded by a lovely pool deck with lots of space for Lounging, and Entertaining. Watch the Game or a Movie from the pool on the large outdoor TV. There are Sliding glass doors from Pool Area to Master Suite, and sliding glass doors to each of the two newly Furnished and Decorated Living rooms. Entire home has been newly furnished and decorated. Including Two new Queen beds in a large split floor plan for lots of privacy. Third bedroom has two new twin beds. There’s also a bathroom off the pool area.

We rented the place for 2 weeks in December. Location was great, the host was very responsive and kept the pool warm. House was specious with plenty of beach supplies and very private. Quiet neighborhood and 10 mins drive to downtown Venice and beaches.

Very central to everything! Ten minute drive to Venice Public Beach and Caspersen. Found 200 shark teeth in two days! Local people are very friendly. The house has an awesome layout. We had everything we needed and more! We hope to stay again soon!

What a great property! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool, it was a quick drive to the beaches and down town area. The host communicated to make sure we had everything we needed. We would defiantly stay here again if in the area.

Just wanted to spend some quality time with family in a place with a pool, close to the beach, and the sites of Venice. Found the perfect spot here at Marc's poolside home. Lot's of room and a great place for spending time with loved ones. Don't hesitate to book this location as it has everything in the description and more. We enjoyed it so much I inquired about extending our stay but it was already booked. Thanks for a great stay Marc!

We had an amazing stay! Tops are communication with owner, such a nice and accommodating man, and THE POOL! If we were not at the beach, we were in the pool. And for those who want real beds...they have you covered, no bed in a box here! So comfortable! It was a great space, two separate living areas with the master on opposite side of the house to the other two bedrooms. Everything is close - we even ventured to Anna Maria Island, easy drive.

This was our first time visiting Venice, FL. This home was even better than pictured. They have a great pool area with an enclosed screen porch. There was so much space for the two of us. This home is great for sharing with another family as there are two separate living spaces and bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house. There is a large kitchen and a garage too! They had everything one would need for your beach trip too. I would highly recommend this VRBO! The beach and the dog beach are less than a 10 minute drive and has free parking and great restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and great to walk with your pups. Close to restaurants, shops, and within an hour or less of so many prime beach areas. Marc was easy to get a hold of and very responsive if I had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

This is such a lovely clean home and it was perfect for us and met all of our needs and more! Marc is a terrific and friendly host and is always quick to respond to any question or need. We loved the outdoor space by the pool so much and we spent so much time in this space. We love the privacy this home provides, no noisy neighbors or traffic which was so welcome as I did have some remote work time during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking too. The awesome tv’s, very comfy beds and furniture all made our stay so very enjoyable. So close to the beaches and great restaurants that we love when visiting the area. We will most definitely book again on our next trip to the area. Thanks so much Marc.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our honeymoon! Very clean and great location, 5 min drive to the beach! Marc, the owner, was great also, very responsive and always made sure we had what we needed and offered suggestions on places to go and eat in the area. Highly recommend!

This was a great place for our Sister Getaway. We really enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor space. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was nicely decorated. It was nice to have two different sitting areas. The owner Marc was very accessible via text and quick with responses. Definitely would recommend this property!
