About this house rental

Situated in Abbotsford, this attractive house for $558 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Very large 4,000 sqft home situated on a private, gated acreage. Sleeps 22 guests. (18 on beds, 4 on pull out sectional couches) House contains: - Large well stocked Kitchen - Swimming pool - Hot tub - Pool table - Foosball table - Karaoke machine - Board games No parties/events. Any unauthorized parties/events will lead to an immediate reservation cancellation. Pool available seasonally and can be heated for an additional $150/night (must be on for entire stay, 3 day min). For large groups, please note there is 2 bedrooms located on the main level, 2 are downstairs rest are located upstairs. House is private and yours to enjoy. Things to note: unauthorized event, party, or gathering takes place, the reservation will be immediately canceled without any refunds. Pool As an option for consideration, we can arrange for pool heating for $150/day. If proceeding with this option, we require the heat to be turned on for the entire duration of your trip. Please let us know 3 days prior to your reservation date so we can arrange for the heat to be turned on. Kindly note the pool requires 24-48 hours to heat up, as it’s a large body of water. The hot tub will always be heated and that is included with your reservation. Pool closed for winters. No drinking anywhere near the pool or hot tub. Pool usage is at your own risk and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Overall good however some attention to the property would make this 5 star. The featured pool table is in poor condition. The pool and hottub hadnt been cleaned. There isnt enough dishes or big enough serving bowls for a 22 person stay. The kitchen cupboards are unorganized and should be labeled. Also there was a rotting 2 or 3 months worth of garbage in the garage. It permeated the residence including a billion fruit flies and we requested it be removed at once. Paul was very cooperative with all however all of these things should be assured on arrival - not reacted to on complaint.

We rented the house as a team accommodation for a dance competition in nearby Mission. There were 8 moms and 9 dancers who stayed comfortably in the house, most with their own rooms. There was plenty of space and the amenities made the times before and after competition comfortable and fun. The hot tub was lovely, the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances you’d likely need. There was plenty of seating and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It was within walking distance of a grocery store (20m one way). Overall we were very happy with the house and would highly recommend it. Amie
