All of it. the location was great, very quiet with good views, plenty of space, comfortable, hot tub was clean and nice to use. It was so relaxing.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only minor negative that could be a factor for larger groups was that there’s only 1 bathroom, but it wasn’t an issue for us.

This is an outstanding holiday let in almost all respects. The host lives next door and is most welcoming and accommodating with an unusually generous welcome pack. The location in the lovely community of Finzean has spectacular views and regular passing eagles. The local estate farm shop nearby is also a lovely cafe and stocks a wide range of excellent produce, crafts and gifts. The cottage is better decorated and equipped than almost anywhere else we have stayed and is immaculately well maintained and clean. There is lots to do and visit from golf around Aberdeen to NT Castles and gardens, and opportunities to Walk Highlands, though you need to drive everywhere. Friday the community pop up pub and visiting chip van was a good surprise. Be sure and watch the DVD recording a year in the life of Finzean. (Pronounced Fingan)
For 5 adults, there was sometimes a queue for the single bathroom.
