Mooie, vrij nieuwe locatie om te verblijven in Plettenberg. Het gebouw zit echt aan de hoofdstraat, dus je bent overal zo. Ruime kamers, fijne badkamer.

Very nice stay in Plett!

Beautiful and modern hotel in a nice location. The room was very comfortable and clean. Good parking facilities. We felt very welcome.

Breakfast consists only of a croissant and a Coffee. If you want anything else, you have to pay.

Ruime, moderne en stijlvol ingerichte appartementen,midden in de hoofdstraat. Parkeerplaats onder het gebouw Koffiezaakje met heerlijke koffie behorende bij de Eleven.

Gute Lage und neue Unterkunft

Raum vier war sehr modern eingerichtet, hatte allerdings nicht die von booking.com angegebenen 80 m². Das Zimmer war nicht mal 40 m² groß. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und vor allem äußerst hilfsbereit. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat uns jederzeit geholfen. Das war erstklassig.

Die Matratzen waren leider steinhart. Als normal gebauter Mensch konnte man darauf leider nicht sehr gut schlafen. Wir beide hatten am nächsten Morgen Rückenschmerzen.

Nice modern place to stay in the centre of town. Ideal for our two nights in Plett.

Very central location, modern and comfortable. Nice to have a complimentary coffee and croissant at the coffee shop next door each morning.

Lack of light and view and window shutters could not be opened. Coffee shop above so a bit of noise in the morning but we wake quite early so it did not disturb us. Owner does not live there so it lacks the “personal” touch.

Chill, Cool, Clean and Central.

The property was incredibly central in Plett, sitting right on Main Street you are walking distance to all the main restaurants and the Market. The coffee shop is perfect in the morning to get a start on the day. The off street parking is secure. The roof is a perfect size and has all the required features. Staff were very kind and helpful and provided great advice on locations and activities.

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum van het leuke plaatsje plettenberg baai. De kamers zijn ruim en heel mooi ingericht! De eigenaren zijn enorm vriendelijk en willen je overal bij helpen. Het is super leuk dat er in de ochtend een goede koffie/lunch zaak bij zit. Ook hier is het personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor een verblijf in plettenberg baai is dit hotel absoluut een aanrader! :)

Pleasant stay and convenient to food options. Perfect option for exploring Plettenberg and Knysna

Located on the main street with good restaurants around, nice gesture to provide coffee and croissant for a simple breakfast. Room is spacious and comfortable, comes with Netflix. Secured parking available. Staff is extremely helpful.

Stunning, modern boutique hotel, super clean and absolutely beautiful.

Location was amazing, the accommodation was stunning. Hosts were lovely, coffee shop is amazing as well!

The parking is just a little tight but otherwise no complaints.

Beautiful room! Walking distance from everything. Scored a free cuppachino and croisant from the bakery just outside of the property. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Great value for money🫶

Modern clean room, perfect for a short stay in Plett. Friendly staff.

This place is beautifully renovated and so convenient for a short stay in Plett. Philippa was so friendly and made check in a breeze. We also really enjoyed the coffee at Eleven.

We thought the room we booked would have a window but it only had a skylight. I think if we’d stayed any longer this would have been a shame.

Good position, great staff. But please use room 7 to store bedding.

First time i slept in a room with no windows. I am in the property business and there is no way that room 7 complies with ther requirements of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act. If I had been told up fron that the room had no windows (apart from a tiny widow in the toliet area taht can only be opend buy about 20cm due to an external water cylindar placed up against it) i would not have booked it. I bumped into an award wiining architect friend of mine having coffee outside and showed him the room. He was atsounded at what he saw. It is crealy not legal in terms of the building regulations. It is by far the very worst room i have ever slept in. Nothing wrong with the interior . The shower was generous and the bed and bedding most comfortable but no windows !!!

Another room, Avoid room seven at all costs !

Exceptional

Eleven is conveniently located with restaurants, coffee shops and activities all within walking distance. Philippa is a great host who offered great recommendations for things to do around town and was always willing to help.

I loved the bed,it was very comfortable with luxe bedding.

I didn't like that there is no window in the room and just a vaulted sky light as a source of light.That was an inconvenience as we had to go outside each morning to see the weather before we could dress for the day.They had black towels in the bathroom and those were never changed once.That cemented my discomfort about places that don't use white towels as it can be a slippery slope when it comes to their cleanliness.Make sure to have a small luggage as they have narrow winding stairs and you carry your own luggage.

The complimentary croissant and coffee in the morning was truly amazing. The best I had while in SA. Location was great as easy to wander to shops and restaurants for food. Having on site parking was great as I didn't have to worry about the car then.

Fabulous accommodation, great breakfast, comfy bed. Good use of space in the room.

Lovely boutique hotel with a very nice cafe. Phillipa was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Great rooms, beds and furnishings. Stayed 2 nights and would definitely stay there again if I was in Plettenberg Bay. Very central and close to lots of shops, restaurants and night life.
