The hotel is clean and staff are friendly, the 2 ladies that works in the day and night are very polite and friendly, very helpful and professional.
The property is located in the middle of everything that I needed to access. And it’s very clean and well decorated. The first night the Air Conditioning was not working well, but the next day it was fixed .
Breakfast needs to be improved with variety of foods and different fruits. The rest is nearly 9/10.

The rooms may be nice but the service is horrible! Apparently there's no elevator bc we had to go up the stairs with suitcases and no offer to help (we are in our late 60's) We were three adults in a 2BR suite but they had only set up service for 2 people (2 cups/2 glasses/etc.) we had arrived exhausted and wanted to relax with a cup of tea so we asked for a third (empty) cup; TWO hours later I requested it again and their answer was that they were still waiting for F&B approval!!!!
The water in the shower was barely lukewarm and the AC system is worthless - first they have two units servicing three areas (2 bedrooms and the living room area), then it took a couple of hours to reach a barely comfortable temperature and then in the middle of the night they stopped working!!!! When we reported it, they had to come to DRAIN the units bc they can only be used a few hours otherwise condensation accumulates and they stop working!
Their room service as well as their breakfast left a lot to be desired.
Finally we had arranged an airport drop off and their driver took someone else at our allotted time so we had to wait for him to return from the airport making the whole experience very stressful.
It is sad to say but in general all the personnel were inefficient and totally untrained, except for the girl at the reception during the night shift; she was a super star. I hope she finds another property where her skills will be appreciated because I doubt that is the case in this property.
