The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the area is wonderfully quiet—perfect for relaxing and getting a good night’s sleep, especially after a long trip or a busy day of meetings.
The peaceful surroundings are also ideal for online meetings and remote work, as there is very little noise or disturbance. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind, rest and stay productive.
The young guy who makes omelette in the morning has five star customer service.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I found disappointing.
On my first evening, I went for dinner and was attended to by a lady who left me waiting at the concierge area while she stepped outside to make a personal phone call. I waited for approximately 20 minutes before receiving further assistance, which was not a pleasant experience.
The food was also excessively salty on the first day. On the second day, I specifically requested that the salt be reduced, but the issue was not resolved. What was particularly disappointing was being told by the lady serving me that the chef had not used that much salt, which made me feel as though my feedback was being dismissed rather than taken seriously. Unfortunately, by the third day, I opted to have dinner outside the hotel.
More seriously, my room door was opened on each of the last two nights while I was sleeping. This was a major concern, as privacy and security are extremely important, particularly when a guest is resting. I would strongly recommend that the hotel reviews its room-access procedures and ensures that guests’ privacy and safety are fully protected.
I hope these concerns will be taken seriously and addressed, as the hotel has many positive qualities, particularly its cleanliness and peaceful surroundings.
