De ligging dicht bij het park was ideaal. Het ontvangst was zeer goed en het eten was smaakvol.
Nog eens bedankt aan Jean de Dieu om ons te verwelkomen en ons verblijf comfortabel te maken.
Het zwembad was ook een grote plus.
In onze kamer hadden we geen warm water.

Our stay at Akagera Park Inn was a very unique experience.
The hotel and the rooms are lovely with some fantastic views and overall really nice facilities.
Food was lovely and the hotel staff were really friendly.
We (5 people) went on a safari experience organised by the hotel. This was a good experience initially however the car was extremely old and seemed temperamental.
We broke down, loosing 6 hours of our day in a car. We were collected but 4 hours after breaking down. Accidents can happen however this was an expensive safari experience, we expected a better car.
The taxi to take us to the airport was a 7 seater car, without enough space for luggage. Our only option was to drive the taxi ourselves last minute.
A pair of hiking shoes was also stolen from the balcony of one of the rooms. Staff were helpful but be careful with belongings.
Could have been a great experience but
would recommend looking into additional excursions and taxis with other providers
