The value is not match the expectation

The beach view and bright rooms

The floor was not cleaned, the facilities not complete, the spa upstair not clean, do not have tv controller for upstair tv.

WAY too much money for a place which was dirty, with no instructions, and damaged by storms.

It was a beautiful building, and it had a large amount of equipment in the kitchen. The view was spectacular, and for us it was the closest place to my sister in Erina I could find.

Many things: the guidance was poor (entry - I had to reach out to the neighbor), the only instructions were how to clean up and check out, nothing on the internet or anything else. No guidance house was at risk from erosion.

Perfect location, 280 degree views, sunrise was incredible.

A couple more small utensils and cleaning products would have been helpful to help us tidy as we go.
