We absolutely loved our stay! The location is stunning, with breathtaking views of the lake and hills from the windows. Throughout the day it’s like looking at a living painting, from sunrise to sunset. The little island connected by a bridge is a lovely extra touch and makes the whole place feel even more special. The cottage itself is cosy, welcoming and spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There’s a wood burner in the living room, another stove in the garden, perfect for spending time together outdoors, and a spa to relax in. The basement, with its ping-pong table and games, was a huge hit with my teenage boys! The lake and surrounding nature are simply beautiful, and the peace and tranquillity make it the perfect place to unwind. Despite feeling wonderfully secluded, the cottage is only a 12-minute drive from a supermarket and a coffee shop. The host was great, with excellent communication and clear, helpful instructions. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily come back. A truly unforgettable stay! Disliked: Nothing at all. Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect
