The space of the unit was wonderful and a lovely kitchen, the beds exceptionally comfortable
Long check in time, no clarity re whether the payment had been processed and the kitchen was ill equipped - old food in a cupboard, no spoons/ teaspoons etc.

I was upgraded to Junior suite. The location was fantastic. The security was exceptional
Was staying in 415 and the lawns outside the windows should be trimmed would give it a good look

location and clean hotel
Although, I checked out two days before my stay finished ( without any refund). The front had no clue that I left, I asked the reception for the final invoice before I left and it shows it I fully paid( with extra credit for the two nights I didn't stay). I received emails & calls saying I didn't pay for the breakfast and some coffee. Moreover, I paid for airport transport to the cash to the driver and obtained a receipt from him. The claimed that I didn't pay for the transportation. Fortunately I had copy of all the receipts and sent to them
$$$$
