All great except strong dog smell downstairs.
Very strong dog smell downstairs, especially on the sofas. The smell was so strong, that we couldn’t enjoy our time there before airing the property. Had to cover sofas with towels. Sofa covers needed washing/cleaning.

*Location was perfect.

*Smart tvs
*Comfy sofas
*Hard wood floors downstairs much more hygienic and easy to clean
*Stools in kitchen were unmanageable. Tried them once and after 2 mins of discomfort we had to stand and eat.
*Coffee table legs dropping off
General bit of maintenance req.
*Very cold on arrival and took 2 full days to warm it through.
*missing teapot, cafetière or coffee maker.
