Location. Very convenient to go anywhere. Famous ccf and Curry laksa is just 2 mins away. Cross the road go thru the mini lane, you reach Kwai Chai lane in 5 mins.
Noise from the main road can still reach 7th floor.

Good location in Chinatown, at one end of Petaling Street and less than 100m from Pasar Seni MRT station.
Small room, wet toilet/bathroom floor after every bath; reception on ground floor shared with a drinks outlet and a Malatang (spicy soup) hotpot restaurant, whole area in the morning smelt of rubbish dump/toilet!
