We were a party of 5 and we had a lovely night at Tollgate House. The hot tub is the major selling point….perfect!! Great communication from booking to leaving from the hosts.
Main road is very noisy but the hosts have a supply of earplugs in the bedroom!

Property was lovely and cosy, dining room table was all set out ready for us which was very welcoming. The hot tub was the best part - a lot bigger than expected! Great views and outdoor seating area. The bedding all smelt lovely and fresh, very comfy beds.
A lot of the decor was quite tired, with stains and pillows didn’t look completely clean. Communication with the host wasn’t great as I had to email several times to get a response. But when she did respond, she was very polite and seemed very nice

The property was next to a very busy road and it was not a problem for us as a family once we got used to the road.
Definitely the sofa beds We are people about 6ft tall when you put the sofa together it's was so painful to lay on, the part you join together it was so hard it hurt your back so you would toss and turn all night.
