Excellent location. Good value. One concierge/desk person was very helpful. Overall. A really excellent stay.
The walls were a little thin. One night I was awakened by loud tv watching at 1am. I called the desk and they spoke to the occupant - who immediately stopped. But it was still jarring especially because I was jet lagged. I could hear conversations in the other room. Not sure the wall situation can be fixed.
One desk person (she wasn't there often) was decidedly unhelpful. For example when I asked if I could give the hotel a stamped postcard to put with the outgoing mail she lied and said they didn't have mail there. The other desk person took it for me. The unhelpfulness could be fixed.

Great location, close to main square.
We booked this hotel specifically because it said a double bed - compared to other hotels saying there was 2 singles, when we arrived we had 2 single beds pushed into one. We had 2 single duvets on this “double bed”, I requested a double duvet from the receptionist who said there was none and did not make any effort to be helpful with it at all. This led to us having broken sleeps for our stay. Staff could definitely be more friendly.
