The only issue was having to wait for hot water if you have a large crowd using shower.

The home was plenty big enough, the table was perfect for eating together for our meals, The kitchen was so clean! The mini pool was fantastic, the resort pool that has big waterslides and a great kids park was within walking distance! definitely for the price and value it was as great choice. I wish the floors would have been cleaner.
The beds were very firm, it made for a less than restful sleep. When we arrived the kitchen was immaculent! spotless! the floors......less so, we ended up mopping the floors ourself. The carpet on the stairs was almost sticky, assuming from sunscreen. NOTE that we've stayed with this neighborhood a couple of times and the main clubhouse kids splash pad has been shut down on the monday BOTH times. We stayed for memorial weekend so Monday was actually a holiday and the kids splash zone was not working, with no update as to if it would be (it never opened)
There is NO outside drinks at the clubhouses. unless you bring sealed water bottles. No cups, no cans, no kids cups.
