Nestled in Carlton, this attractive house for $423 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Nestled just off of Main St. in the heart of Carlton, this incredible craftsman home enjoys an unparalleled location and furnishing that will make it a wonderful option for your stay and adventures through the Willamette Valley. Entering the home you are greeted with fantastic décor and furnishing that creates that perfect blend of country style and comfort. The living, kitchen, and dining layout are part of an open floor plan. The entire area is bathed in natural light from large windows on three sides. The garage has been converted into a fun space to enjoy with some seating, ping pong, and a TV to stream while relaxing after a day of wine tasting and exploration. Ascending upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms. Three of which have king beds, while the fourth has two twin beds making it great for those travelling with young adults or kiddos. The primary bedroom is enormous and the attached bathroom enjoys a large shower and soaking tub with an electric fireplace to enjoy while washing and rinsing any troubles away. Without a doubt, you will want to spend as much time as possible lounging on the property outside on one of the rocking chairs overlooking the green space or around the fire-pit. When it's time for a bite or a beverage, downtown Carlton is barely 1/4 of a mile away and has a number of options for some incredible wines and food. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. 5 friends and a beautiful house for 3 nights! What more could you ask for? We were sad to leave it but already planning another trip. Carlton is a great location and appreciated being so close to town. The house is spacious and clean. Loved cooking meals in the gorgeous kitchen. Ghost Hill wines are amazing and a must stop while you are visiting. Thanks for the complimentary wine tasting. We will be back when it’s warmer and can enjoy the outdoor spaces.

My family and I came into towm because my step father passed. We stayed for a week. Such a beautiful home and was very cozy for all pf us. Absolutely spotless. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy clean place to stay

We came to Carlton to celebrate a dear friend’s 50th birthday and upcoming nuptials. We toured nearby wineries and ate in downtown Carlton. The house was perfect for our group of 7. The house was beautifully designed and had the perfect layout for our group. We had the best time and highly recommend this house!

This home was perfect for our trip with our adults kids and spouses. Plenty of room, well stocked kitchen to accommodate our cooking. The location worked well for our winery tours and sightseeing in the area. We would highly recommend it for family group gatherings.

Great spot for vacationing with a few other couples! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking in. Town was about a 10 minute walk away, but a straight shot down the main road. Everything was clean and in good working condition. Coffee maker with coffee provided, along with a variety of other spices in the cabinets.

The house is lovely. Only issue was a dripping faucet in the kitchen. However, the house is surrounded by homes under construction or run down. Please let folks know the location is less than desirable!

My three friends & I enjoyed our stay in this nice house close to downtown Carlton . We visited in August and it was hot a couple of the days & we really appreciated being in a home with AC . We liked the location, nice to be able to walk into town to restaurants & wineries . Beautiful kitchen with everything we needed to make breakfast each morning . Easy checkin , followup / checkin notes from property manager were nice Highly recommend

I recently stayed here with a group of eight adult women. The house was exactly as advertised and I would definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable, common area (kitchen, dining, and main room) was large enough for all of us to congregate, and we loved the front porch/the fire pit out back. The location was easily walkable to downtown Carlton and was close to many wineries in willamette valley.

This is a new property that has been beautifully decorated. Even though there were just two of us the house was spacious and inviting. Being that is was new the kitchen could have used a few more gadgets. We mostly cook for ourselves and don't go out but otherwise everything was well appointed, including a bidet. The soaking tub with fireplace was my favorite spot. We come to Carlton a lot so we will be renting this lovely home often.

We were in town for our son's wedding in Yamhill and this house was perfect! It was about 25 min to the venue and about 10 minutes from McMinnville where there were many retail stores and restaurants! The beds were all very comfortable and house was very clean! Our family really enjoyed our stay here! They provided a Keurig, sugar, laundry pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Definitely would stay here again!
