Located in Kingsland, this lovely house for $297 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Beach house with a private sandy beach on "constant level" Lake LBJ. House has unobstructed views of lake, natural hill country and Packsaddle Mountain. Best beach in Central Texas! Scenic, serene and comfortable getaway. The beach is sandy like on the coast. Water depth increases gradually. Perfect for hanging out with family, friends and children. No houses on other side of lake promotes serene vacation stays. House sleeps 7 people. The primary bedroom has a king and one twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen and two twin beds. No bunk beds. From the patio and deck there are beautiful lake and hill county views. Right off the covered patio is the second full bathroom to get ready for a day on the lake or wash off after playing in the sand and fresh water. Need more space for some fun indoors? The two car garage provides additional relaxation space and contains several chairs, a card table and space to play around. Amenities: - Two Kayaks for guests to use during stay - Outside Gas Grill (propane is provided) - Washer/Dryer - Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. - Linens and towels are furnished (bring your own beach towels) - Wi-Fi - Smart TV with Prime Other info: - Parking: 24 ft wide and 44 ft long driveway fits camper or boat trailer - Beach is 75 ft wide and 150 ft long. Good sand suitable for volleyball - Love flying wildlife? Geese and other birds can be seen flying over the lake! - Far from city lights, enjoy watching the stars at night - no jellyfish Sorry, NO PETS & no Smoking Allowed indoors!! Ashtrays for outdoor smoking provided on patio & deck. Once you book house with us, we will send you our rental agreement for you to sign. A couple of weeks before your stay we will send you a list of nearby restaurants, local attractions and boat rental accommodations.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was a working vacation for me but the wife was visiting family. I had a nice view of the water and enjoyed watching the birds and deer. Spacious, clean, nice shower.

We really enjoyed staying here, like the others have said- pics don’t do it justice. Extremely clean! Would stay again, I was worried it was too far from town and all the lake action but it’s the best swimming area around! Even caught catfish using dead shrimp!

The house is in a wonderful area of the lake with a sandy bottom.The house has been renovated nicely and was very clean and ready for us. Even though there is only one bathroom inside the house, there is a second air conditioned bathroom just outside off the back porch. We had a great time! This summer's heat has been brutal, so we took 3 beach umbrellas and used the home owner's additional umbrella for shade by the water's edge. Being in the water was the only real way to beat the heat.

Beautiful, comfy & cozy, modern home. Fabulous beach access, we were able to pull our pontoon boat near beach and anchor. We were also able to take a quick ride by both car and boat for lunch and dinners to a couple restaurants on the water. Kiddos and adults had a blast!!! Property manager was very responsive when we had a question. Will definitely go again!!

The property is cute with all of the amenities one would expect to find in a house rental. The beach was clean and quiet. The husband and I enjoyed sitting on the back deck looking at the scenery. Packsaddle in the background and the lake just below us was amazing. We were able to launch our kayaks from the beach and cruise the lake without issue. We set our canopy up on the beach and had a little picnic, just a wonderful trip overall. Loved it!!!

What a gem this home is. Perfect location and a beautiful property. The dining room with lake view and deck were our favorite and where we spent most of our time. The beach area was perfect for our 3 yr old grandson!! Can’t wait to book this property again!!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in the past 10+ years and my husband and I both thought this was one of the best. Everything was spotless upon arrival and completely as advertised. The only thing I can say is, the pictures don't do it justice! The view was AMAZING and the house, while older, was very nicely renovated and exceeded our expectations. Peggy was very prompt in answering questions and so was Bernard. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! The neighborhood was very quiet and that was a big plus for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Kingsland, if it is available. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a wonderful experience! Everything was so new and clean in the home, and the property was the best of both worlds- beach and freshwater! The check out process was so easy, and the homeowners have thought of absolutely everything! We’ll be back for sure!
