Great location! Beautiful view of lake Charlevoix from the lookout point and from the corner of cottage lot just 2 short blocks away. Easy access to grocery, downtown Boyne City, Charlevoix, Walloon, Petoskey and more

Kristen has created a lovely space that is in close proximity to everything you need for an up north vacation. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and the well equipped kitchen were immaculate. We enjoyed beach time at the Young State Park, boating on Walloon lake and delicious food at the many Boyne City restaurants. We especially liked Cafe Sante. This is a great home base for all the area has to offer. Kristen is a very thoughtful host and takes pride in her cute house.

This is a recently updated property just over a mile to charming Boyne City. Nice quiet neighborhood with a lake view from the location on a slight hill, 2 blocks from Lake Charlevoix. Bonus dog park around the corner. Would stay here again!

The property was well decorated and clean. Kristen responded quickly to any questions. The beds were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed there stay and would come back again. Close to Boyne City and Lake Charlevoix.

The property has had extensive interior improvements, and it is a quiet retreat at the center of life in Boyne with beautiful parks and quick access to Lake Charlevoix.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage and Kristen was a great host. She communicated well and prepared for us nicely. She even left a ball for our dog, who enjoyed a tidy, fenced-in yard. The reason I gave a four star review is because the dryer didn't work, which, in all fairness to Kristen, she mentions in the property description (we didn't notice). We encouraged her to put a sign on the dryer. Would stay again next time we visit Boyne City.

Our family of stayed at this quaint property for our annual ski trip to Boyne mountain. It has been updated nicely and spacious enough. It's in a peaceful neighborhood, the house is quiet, super cozy, and (very)pet friendly. Location: The Boyne ski resort is a 14 min drive so it was perfect for us. It's close to downtown and the lake, within walking distance weather permitting. Travelling with pets: The property is very conveniently located near a dog park so that was a perfect treat for our dog. The property has a fenced yard which was great as well for her to run around. Kristen, the owner was super responsive to messages and quite willing to work with us. We had a lovely stay and would be thrilled to rent again.

We stay over longer weekend 4 adults-1 kid - 1 dog Everything was wonderful- house was clean newly remodeled, beds were comfortable, kitchen well supplied whit everything . And special my dog happy as clam - little fenced yard and dog park which was just a block away . Are first time in this property over winter now we want to try summer , but definitely will be back next winter Thank you !!!!
