Our new vacation rental is a gem. It boasts a large open floorplan that features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, outdoor dining and recreation area, an outdoor bathroom, and shower. spectacular water views can be watched from multiple lounge areas around the home. Choose to relax in the comfortable screened-in patio, oversized chairs on the boat dock, loungers around the pool, or at our high-top poolside bar. Home features a covered outside bar and grilling area by the private pool. You will enjoy cruising through the mansion-lined waterways as you make your way to the open sea. There are restaurants and bars to stop at along the way. Truly a special way to spend your vacation. The home has just been completely remodeled and professionally furnished by a local design team. Everything in the home is brand new, fresh, and clean. With over 2500 square feet, your family will have plenty of space to enjoy. Come and enjoy our tropical luxury paradise!
Pool heating is available for $45/day. Please note that heating is weather-dependent. During colder temperatures (below ~70°F), the heater can be turned on, but the pool may only reach the mid- to upper-70s or low-80s and may not reach the 80s or 90°. Heating fees are non-refundable once activated.

This was a really nice place and the view of sunsets was beautiful! Very quiet neighborhood, the inferior was open and nice. Master suite was quite large with two sliding doors to exit. The other suite also had sliding door to exit. One thing I was surprised by was for paying a price like this. It seems like things should be a better repaired. There is an exterior sliding door to the screened in patio that does not close and lock very well. A corner cupboard of the kitchen has a weird gap in it, there are black marks on the kitchen floor, and the flooring is not a good quality. The light switches were hard to figure out. We really enjoyed our stay here, it served the purpose we wanted for our group of 8-10. Also know that you will be charged for visitors as well. 2 of our 10 were only visitors and we got charged 50 /day for them. I do feel like the price was high and shouldn’t have repair issues if you’re gonna pay that kind of price. Also, with 1000 damage deposit, it would be good on Check-in to have a checklist to submit to have something to show you will get your back. I’m glad we got the opportunity to stay here! My family and I love love loved this place! The pool and water front were just so beautiful to look at. Very accommodating, clean, and I’m a huge fan of the house finishes. Perfect!

This house has been recently renovated and it shows. It was super clean, well supplied, and easy to use with really nice finishes and decor. The smart TV has a single remote! We used our own credentials so we could watch on our own services. The pool is the perfect refreshing temperature for the hot FL sun. The sighting of the house makes it feel much more private. The backyard faces westerly down a canal so there isn't a house directly in your view. We had poor weather but I can imagine the sunsets are very nice at the house. We loved it! All that is missing is a boat to use! (Boatsetter rents boats). Pompano is pretty close to many places we wanted to go so it was a great way to live like a Floridian for a week! Tip of the hat to the renovation team for creating a beautiful, clean and comfortable home.
