The unit includes a one-stall garage, living room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms that each have a queen-sized bed, one full bathroom with a shower over bathtub configuration, and a single vanity. This side of the duplex has a fully fenced-in backyard with a fire pit, barbeque grill, and outdoor chairs.
