This house is very clean on the inside but is really only a 2 bedroom. The beds are very comfortable. There are minor repairs that need to be made as the drawer in the kitchen was broken and very hard to open and close. The outside needs up keep and maintenance done on it very badly. But the host was easy and very quick to respond to request. Overall was clean and comfortable so would give 4 stars. If repairs were made and outside cleaned would give 5 star’s.

We loved the home, it is very spacious and warm. Everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with great views. The fireplace is amazing and the home was stocked with plenty of firewood. The area is very inviting for morning and evening walks. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms clean and included everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend and the Hosts are very accommodating!!

My overall impression of the house was just okay. There was an issue with the refrigerator the 1st day, had to keep our perishables in an ice chest that was provided. The outside of the house was more run down than expected and the majority of the inside doors were really squeaky. The 3rd bedroom is off the downstairs garage, so the person that was sleeping there would have to use the upstairs bathroom at night, very inconvenient. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were sufficient, and the common areas served their purpose. Driving to the house at night is a challenge due to the winding roads. I would more than likely look for another house if in this area again.

We went just to get away for the weekend. We wanted to take in a conference that was broadcast online over the weekend and this was the perfect place for it. A good TV in the living room, the game room and the master bedroom. We had a good stay.

Very nice rental. They had lots of little extras that most rentals don’t have like shampoo, soap, books, plastic wrap, etc. comfy beds too. We loved drinking wine on the deck and listening to the record player. Only bummer was the kitchen garbage can, which is difficult to open. We came here for the proximity to a wedding but enjoyed going to the lake as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great location and comfortable cabin. Made several trips to Tahoe and yet close to events in Sacramento where we had plans. My 15 year old son was in heaven in the downstairs mancave! This was a perfect spot for him to hangout and chill and he loved the mood lighting ;). We felt very comfortable and relaxed here.

We stayed here for 10 days and truly enjoyed the house! The windowed porch was our favorite spot! We had coffee and played games thruout the day. The 2 living rooms were great for our family to spread out! The 3 bedroom is downstairs thru the garage. None of us felt like we could stay down there. So my in-laws had one room and our two kids stayed with us in the other. The 3 room downstairs has the arcade games so probably good for teenagers. Just not for us. We wouldn’t have booked it if we had realized that was the setup. The hosts are amazing! And fixed any problems we had! It’s an old house so there are quirks! But Lourdes and A made our stay really good! The views out of the windowed room are amazing and I truly miss it. Pollock pines has a grocery store, CVS and a restaurant 50 grand that we enjoyed. Close to wineries and Placerville (which had a lot of great stuff! Check out Heyday) And 2.5-3 hours to SF. We loved this house and do recommend it! Just think if your family will like going thru the garage to get to a bedroom.

We loved our stay. The house was clean and updated nicely. The beverage bar was a very nice touch and so nice in the cold mornings and the game room was very fun for all ages. I would like to note that though this house does have the capability to sleep at least six it is not a 3 bedroom. The third bedroom is an added room in the garage with no central air but a space heater and no bed but just a pull out couch. My sister in-law did not feel comfortable sleeping down there so she stayed in the second room with my husband and our son.

This property gave me peace and quiet I was looking for. My family and I had a wonderful time. The house was clean, the views are one of a kind oh yes my lil did not leave the game room. Still in bliss!
