The lake has a boat launch and a boat rental facility. (Kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, and row boats) Of course, if you want to bring your own boat, we have plenty of parking. Swimming and water skiing are allowed, but personal water crafts are not. In the winter, you may go snow shoeing, sledding, or just play in the snow. It's just a spectacular setting for many outdoor activities! For the Apple Hill (Camino) lovers, we are less than ten miles from this special area! In April, there is the Apple Blossom Festival. In the summer, there is the cherry and berry harvest. In the fall months, the traditional harvest season is in full swing. You can enjoy the cornucopia of fruits, ciders, vegetables, wines, baked goods, and homemade preserves. Of course, in winter, you can start your own family traditions as you cut down your own Christmas tree and enjoy the magic in the air!
