This house is naturally very cool in summer, with concrete floors downstairs and air conditioning in the upstairs lounge room with ceiling fans in each bedroom. It's a short 10-minute flat walk to the main street, where you'll find all the conveniences you need with an array of boutique shops, restaurants, parks and cafes and a 2-minute drive to the beach, with many beaches and river options to explore. Adventure Park and a plethora of incredible Bellarine Peninsula wineries are all within 10 a minute's drive.
