Beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath farmhouse in the heart of Gulfport with BRAND NEW INGROUND POOL!! The perfect location if you are looking to soak up the sun at the beach which is 6 minutes away! ( Treasure Island, St Pete Beach etc) If you are looking for amazing restaurants and bars in the middle of St Petes we are only 10 minutes to DOWNTOWN! Only 25 minutes from Tampa Airport and DOWNTOWN Tampa and Armature Works. Looking to take in a game? We are only 10 minutes away from Tropicana.

We had a fantastic stay in St. Petersburg! The house was perfect—offering plenty of room to gather as a group, but also enough space to spread out and enjoy some quiet time (which we desperately needed coming off a cruise ship). The property itself is beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained.We spent a lot of time in the pool, which was lovely and screened-in under a beautiful canopy of trees. The kitchen was well-stocked with enough supplies for us to cook meals and enjoy relaxing downtime together. Additionally, the house is in a great location, making it easy to access everything you need within a short drive.As a quick note for future guests, the game room is located in a detached garage without A/C. While there are large, powerful ceiling fans, it was just a bit too warm for us to spend much time in there during our stay. However, that didn’t detract at all from an otherwise wonderful experience. We highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay very much! House is clean & equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Enjoyed the pool & proximity to restaurants & entertainment. Highly recommend!
