Overlooking the mesmerizing Charlotte Amalie harbor with cruise ships on the Caribbean Sea, this expansive bedroom property featuring 7500 sq. ft. with covered decking, and an infinity edged pool and plenty of seating. Every bedroom has a gorgeous view and en suite bathroom.
Located on a ridge 300 ft. above town, the recently renovated Outrigger Villa, formerly Outrigger House, affords views of the mesmerizing Charlotte Amalie harbor with cruise ships on the Caribbean Sea, yachts, marine ports, downtown and the neighboring Water & Hassel islands' vistas. Featuring 7500 sq. ft. of covered decking, and an infinity edged pool.

The property is absolutely stunning and was well stocked with everything you could need. Our group of 11 had plenty of space and there are many common area for the entire family to hang out. I recommend renting a vehicle because the house is centrally located and it is very easy to go anywhere quickly with your own transportation. The property manager is very responsive. One of the best vacations our family has had!

I will say what everybody says about this house, the views are unmatched! Watching cruise ships, airplanes and sea planes never got old! The hosts and concierge services were high end. I love that they have a communial bar and donate any leftover food you leave. I always feel so bad tossing so much good food at the end of our trips! Everything was clean and well stocked. The only downside was the same bird who kept eating our food in the kitchen that came in through the bar window! Be sure to go to Sibs for breakfast if you stay at this house!

This house is absolutely amazing, but the view is just SPECTACULAR! It easily accommodated our group of 9. There are many gathering spaces, both indoors and outdoors. The pool area is beautiful with many places to lounge. The kitchen along with the outdoor gas grill has everything you need to prepare meals, if you don’t want to drive to restaurants. There are a few restaurants close by, we ate at both Sib’s (casual) and Mafolie (nicer) and both were good and close.
The house is centrally located, on top of the mountain. It was ~12 minute drive to Charlotte Amalie, basically straight down the mountain. Driving around and up/down the island can be challenging. Be sure to get a Jeep if you are renting a vehicle.
We also utilized the concierge service to plan several activities and Kara was quick to respond to questions and with support.
I really can’t say enough good things about this property. If it fits your needs, you should 100% rent this property!
