The condo was amazing! I took my team for a retreat to plan our 2023. It was the perfect place to stay. The unit itself was very clean and its location was priceless. The condo has the view of both the sound and beach. The sound view porch is screened and it has chairs to sit and relax in. The screened porch was the perfect place to place all our sandy toys and shoes (so we don't track in sand to the home). It host lots of sand toys and chairs, etc. They seriously thought of everything. It was so nice not to bring all our beach chairs from home. The unit was very clean and the bedrooms are nicely spread out. The open floorplan and sitting areas made it easy to gather and meet. The view of the beach with the sound of the wave was so serene. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but we took walks on the beach that was seriously steps from the unit. The coast line was so stunning and the sunrise was even more spectacular. The basketball court and other outdoor games with grill is right outside which made it very convenient. We look forward to returning again to plan our 2024 business. I may even come back a few times in between with my family & friends. Thank you again for sharing such a lovely place with the us.

The property was very clean and communication was very easy with the owners. The beach was amazing.

This condo has been recently updated in just enough ways to make the pictures look much better than the actual state of the house. Fresh paint, fresh clean furniture, new light fixtures, etc. No attention was given to things like functioning drawers/doors/furniture, supplies for the kitchen, reasonable bath towels/sheets, and overall care of the property (trim paint, state of the bathrooms, sinks not draining, etc.). The sheets and towels are so bad here that we had to buy new sets for our stay from dollar general. And yes, dollar general was better quality than what was provided. The condo building is also very old and in need of updating and repairs. This condo in particular is on the equivalent of the 4th floor with no elevator. While the listing didn’t say is was accessible, it also didn’t expressly mention it wasn’t. A week of going up and down 4 flights of stairs with all your children and beach gear is rough. One plus, the pool area was beautiful and in great condition. My final complaint: after we left the owner billed the rental insurance for a lost band. We were very cautious, counted and placed all bands, beach towels, and parking passes back into their spots. It was the last thing I checked when locking up. There’s plenty of beautiful places along the NC coast to stay. I’ve stayed in more than a dozen and have never been disappointed before this trip. Go find a different place.

The condo was excellent! Beautiful views and everything was very clean. The host was great and checked in a couple times to make sure our stay was great. Also loved that there were tons of beach toys and chairs and towels provided. We will definitely be back!
