The apartment was fine. Owner could have been a bit more generous with paper product supplies for our 5 day stay. The Owner was not nearly at all generous with consumalble items like dish soap, bathing soap, etc. It is highly advisable to bring your own. The best part was the location.

El apartamento es perfecto. Está en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo. Se puede visitar a pie todo Roma, o coger autobuses con facilidad. Tiene supermercados cerca y muchos sitios donde tomar algo, comer o cenar, con auténtico ambiente romano. La casa es preciosa y cómoda, y está decorada con muy buen gusto y sencillez pero con claros aspectos ornamentales italianos. Consigue hacerte sentir como una familia italiana por unos días. La terraza tiene vistas limitadas, pero es un plus de felicidad en la cálida Roma. Sin duda volveré y alquilaré este apartamento. Lo siento como mi casa en Roma.

Lokalizacja apartamentu w samym centrum Rzymu. Wokoło restauracje sklepy. Do wszystkich atrakcji było blisko. Apartament mieści się na ostatnim pietrze. Bardzo nam się podobał. Oczywiście nie zabrakło tarasu. W apartamencie wszystko co jest potrzebne. Właściciel bardzo miły. Polecam

L’emplacement dans Rome
Les peintures sont très vétustes et donnent une impression sale. Les photos sur le site date de 20 ans au moins et ne représente plus la situation actuelle.
L’installation électrique est à refaire ; des prises en nombre trop faible et en très mauvais état voir dangereuses.
Des multiprises censées compenser dont certaines fonctionnent mal.
Les plombs sautent si on utilise en même temps une climatisation, une bouilloire et un micro onde ! Et le propriétaire m’écrit que c’est la règle à Rome !
Une des deux chambres très basse de plafond, en sous pente sous le toit, n’a pas de clim : froide et humide l’hiver et sûrement un four l’été !
