Room was nice, clean and spacious. Has a table on wheels but only one chair to sit in, usually rooms with kitchen has two chairs. Also, site says full kitchen, this is NOT a full kitchen. We went and bought some food to prepare for lunch and dinner while there but only has a microwave, fridge, and sink, so wasn't able to prepare the food. Construction next door starts promptly at 6 am, so until that is concluded be prepared for early wake up call. Breakfast is basic, not much for the hot food. However, rooms are nice, bed was great, service was wonderful, good parking, access, lovely pool though we didn't use it and nice gym.

This is a new build in a new area which is a bit far from anything at the moment. A car is definitely required. We were there for a trip to Mayo Clinic and this was certainly convenient access with a vehicle. The lobby has been given a lot of thought to convenience and comfort. The breakfast is more than adequate. There isn't much sitting area beside the very nice heated pool ( complete with hoist for use of disabled persons), but there are barbeques and a lounge with fire 'pit' for outside spaces. The staff was in all ways pleasant and helpful. Were we to return to Scottsdale, we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at your hotel was very good. however, I did not realize that you were going to charge me $15 a night for parking. It was a surprise and one that I did not like. it wasn't shown early in the reservation. You had to look way at the bottom of the page where I said parking. When I call the Guild to ask about it. She's well, it's because we don't own the land and we have to charge you $15. So don't worry I won't be staying at your hotel again.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff, excellent room and very comfortable bed slept great. The only thing that was off was breakfast. The fruit was old and brown, the milk all had expiration date of the next day on it and the next day they all expired that day. The oatmeal was mostly water in the pot, buns on the breakfast sandwiches were too hard to eat.

From beginning check out to the end checkout, everything was just perfect. We had two dogs with us, so they transferred us to a more convenient room. Worked perfectly. We stayed in this hotel for 2.5 weeks and I have absolutely no complaints. Will stay here again in the near future! The staff from the GM to the housekeepers were very professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Check in and out were completed quickly and desk staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It is one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in. The bed was very comfortable. House keeping staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

WiFi did not allow more than one device per room during our visit (November, 2023). When we asked about it at the front desk, they denied that there were any limits, and that their WiFi was working. Unfriendly staff upon checkout. Loved the room, the cleanliness, the amenities. Still considering if we will return.

Property is approaching its one year anniversary of its opening, so all the facilities are in nice condition. Fairly quiet and great kitchenette (no stove/oven). Would have been nice to have restaurants close by, although they had a better than average breakfast.

Everything was good except for the pullout couch. It had stains on the mattress pad, and when I took it downstairs to the attention of the manager, he asked me what did I want to do about it. There were also stains on the cushions and on the arms to where you could not sit on the sofa willingly

It was not too far out from the city in Camarillo Merry from the hustle and bustle everyone there is cordial and polite if needed. I’m sure they could’ve oblige means whatever I needed to a certain extent rules are clean doors are heavy. The doors are heavy, but the rooms are just perfect. Bed was comfortable shower bathroom everything was perfect. I had a great time as if I had a nose gonna stay there. I would’ve stayed a few more days really loved it there and me and my husband.

The only thing I can complain about is charging me $15 parking fee for one night and nobody told me there was a fee, until I was gone. King of sucks if you ask me. But all in all it is a nice hotel with very nice rooms & breakfast.

The property provided full refrigerator microwave dishwasher and all utensils. Very clean safe area very quite area. Bedding was very clean and bathrooms was awesomely clean Excellent staff. If your in the Scottsdale Arizona area stay here🙂

Very nice, new facility with smart decor and even a mini kitchen on our room. Full size refrig. with freezer was very handy. Perfect location near the Mayo Clinic and in North Scottsdale for shopping and fine dining.

Loved the location but it was dirty our silverware in room was dirty bathroom was dirty and floor wasn't vacuumed my granddaughter found someone's eyelashes on the floor I figured with it being new it should be a lot cleaner
