Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort

We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and received a room upgrade to the Villas which were amazing and beautifully designed. Thank you Radisson. Situated on the banks of the Zambezi , the hotel is chic and modern and very well laid out. The staff are super friendly and accommodating , breakfast was yummy but could do with a little more options.

There is differential pricing on the tours and options available. A pricing list emailed to my husband two weeks back differed from what was actually charged to us when we booked the tours at the hospitality desk at the hotel. We showed the consultant the price list emailed to us and she said it was 2025 pricing however the price list didn’t say 2025 nor did she show us 2026 price list. To get around on taxi , you are limited to options as they allocate you an overpriced taxi and when you question the rate they say that’s the only option. They charged us 60 dollars to get to the Livingston hotel for high tea which was less than 10 km away. When we wanted to get to look out cafe from the Vic falls zim side there was an additional 23 dollar charge to drive 1 km. This was shocking. The pricing is clearly geared for tourists only , not people from SADC region hence the inflated dollar prices. Food is very expensive , the meals from in room service are limited on option and over priced. There is only one restaurant for meals. There needs to be more options and definitely pizza on the menu. It was 38 degrees at 1pm when the helicopter services picked us up from the hotel for the helicopter ride. The guy came with an open outdoor Land Rover. It was so hot getting to the spot for the helicopter driving in open air we felt sick and uncomfortable. Defs need to pick people up in closed air conditioned vehicles for the amount we are paying. The hotel also needs to keep more change at hand, so tourists can exchange currency.

The breakfast spread never disappointed. Loved the addition of local foods at breakfast

Great location, modern. The villas are spacious with quick service and attention to detail.

Breakfast variety included no seafood option. Can improve on soft drink options in bar fridge.

Good place dispute some feel things to more especially on cooking of vegetables and nshima
