スタッフの方が優しかった、ロケーションは値段の割に良かったと思う。
他のホテルは分からないが、ゴキブリがでてしまった、、ホテルの女性スタッフさんがすぐに対処してくれた。
音がうるさかった。

Расположение отличное, комфортное соседство. Уборка каждый день, смена полотенец.
Нет лифта и до 5 этажа какать не очень, особенно с багажом. Чуть тверже обычного подушки и матрацы, но это на любителя.

The location is great and the staff were very friendly.
Staff were always on hand to help with any issues with the room.
House cleaning occurs every day.
There are 5 floors and no lift.
The mattresses were super hard and springy.
You can hear everything happening on the street below. We were on the 5th floor and it felt like our bed was on the sidewalk. Patong does not stop - the night noise goes until 5am and then the morning commuter traffic begins. Pack good earplugs.
We had two rooms and on the last night the air con stopped working in one of them. In fairness, the staff found a fan straight away and were very apologetic.
The cat enclosure downstairs had a strong odore of cat urine constantly
Sometimes the shower temp was hard to set
The water from the shower runs through the bathroom to the drain and there's no way of stopping it.
The photos online a outdated, the rooms are now tired.
