Loved this property. All staff were so courteous and helpful. Pool was excellent, breakfast buffet was extensive and good, bed was comfortable and room was quiet and spacious. Gym was clean and well maintained. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and just a few blocks to Patong Beach. Coming back to the pool felt like an oasis of calm in the midst of the very busy area. Highly recommend.

Quite disappointed, because 1. I requested to bring toothbrush twice, but staff did not bring. Eventually I went to take by myself. 2. Staff did not set gown on second day. When I checked out, front desk staff suspected that I stole it and asked many questions importunately.

The hotel is convenient and has great facilities. The breakfast buffett has a wide range and the staff are always friendly. Varen at the reception deserves special mention - she is always so cheerful and helpful. What a wonderful experience!

During this trip I also stayed at a hotel in Phi Phi dong as well, so I think I have more experience to give a comment about what’s really the standard or clean or what not than most, but the room was spacious and so clean thanks to the hotel housekeeping staffs!! I stayed in a opposite side from the Main Street that that may also helped but it was quiet at night and I simply enjoyed my stay! Some of the morning breakfast Buffett menu changes that you will not get bored with it! Also, there are variety of veggies that in a long trip you get tired of eating out from the oily food, but we never did thanks to it! It is totally a hotel for family, having the big pool in the center of the whole property but it has a pool bar I think many couples would also enjoy it. It is in the center of patong, which we later found out that that was probably the wisest choice we’ve made upon coming and selecting which resort area we wanted to stay in as there were many stores and restaurants around us. Just book this hotel, you’ll enjoy.

Location is great. Very near to the Happening party street and Patong Beach. A lot of dining options available too. I really like the gym that is quite complete as well. Just that the room have condensation issue. So the floor is constantly wet. Service is good but not excellent. To be fair it is good for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was good too.

This property was fantastic, unfortunately Expedia let us down during our holiday experience which made our check in very stressful as we had to add on breakfast and pay extra money which when we booked through Expedia it said it was included but that was not the case when we arrived at the hotel. Next time I will directly book with the hotel as it wasn’t their fault and they helped us immensely. The staff are so kind and helpful.

We had a lovely time. We visited in the low season so there was not much people and some renovation was ongoing but nothing that bothered us. The pool was fantastic, gym had what we needed, the room was spacious even if we were 4 people living in it. The staff from housekeeping, receptionist and restaurant was polite, smiling and helpful. Loved how the chef walked around in the breakfast buffet every morning helping guest cook up special orders. Over all a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

This is a nice, large, centrally located, convenient full service hotel in the heart of Patong Beach, within walking distance to the beach.What really sets it apart from other similar hotels is its huge pool, featuring a large wet bar cabana and many water play options. Excellent for families with younger kids. The expansive lobby is open air and resembles the entrance to a Thai temple, with elaborate art works and plenty of sitting options. The staff is friendly and attentive! The restaurant by the poolside has indoor and outdoor seating; it is a nice option for in-house dining. We stayed in one of the premium rooms with private balcony jacuzzi directly accessing the pool…very convenient. Great stay, would definitely visit again!
