Ich war schon sehr oft da,es hieß mal MVC guesthouse,danach Phipi Kuku und jetzt SK residence.Es war wie immer super ausreichend um sich in Patong wohl zu fühlen.Kurze Wege zu Fuss und du bist mittendrin.
Der clean my room service.Heute kam jemand,morgen nicht,haben Klopapier kaufen müssen.Ein no go.Seit unter indischer Leitung kann ich nur sagen,super Lage,Zimmer gut und alle Wege kurz.Komme gerne wieder

This is a basic hotel and does not offer luxury facilities, but it serves its purpose well for travelers who spend most of their day exploring Phuket and simply need a comfortable place to rest at night.
The rooms were okay, clean enough, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a short stay. While the furnishings and décor are fairly simple, the hotel provides good value for the price. The bed was comfortable, and I had no issues getting a good night's sleep.
The property itself is somewhat dated and could benefit from refurbishment in certain areas. The bathroom in my room had a few maintenance issues when I checked in, but to the hotel's credit, these were attended to promptly once I reported them. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay, which was especially important given Phuket's warm and humid climate. While the rooms and facilities may not be the most modern, the management's responsiveness and willingness to address concerns helped ensure a comfortable stay overall.
