Love it

The room was very good, hot and cold water for the shower. There is a kitchen and free coffee / tea. Near to the beach The staff is really nice, I recommend this place at 100%

Gerne wider, gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis

Der schöne Strand mit Hängematten und Restaurant ist ca 3 bis 4 gehe Minuten entfernt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute in der Umgebung der Unterkunft. Die Bungalow sind sehr schlicht gehalten, das Bett war bequem. Gleich in der Nähe ca 1 min Zu Fluss, kann man sich von King Bambootattoo per Hand Tätowieren lassen

Hidden garden.

Nice place surrounded by garden, very close too the beach. You can use the kitchen of the place if you planing to cook for yourself, also the coffee and the refrigerator available in the kitchen. The employee of the Lonely Groove is very friendly and helpful.

It was very hard to find.

Happy stay

Nice small resort at quiet location in Koh Chang. Bungalow was clean and comfy, big bonus is the kitchen free to use. Thanks again Khun Zot for very nice holiday. Hope to see you again.

New property in the backstreets of Klong Kloi Beach, Koh Chang.

+ Quiet: Klong Kloi is a quiet place already. However, Lonely Groove is in the backstreets, where it's even quieter. + New property: From the front porch to the bathroom, everything is brand-new. +Staff: In response to ant issues, they went above and beyond to fix the problem.

- Ants: During my stay, a significant ant colony invaded my room. Staff responded and cleared up the incursion, but it's unclear if they've addressed the root problem.

Perfect place

Everything is new and clean. Hot water in the bedroom, a big pool, free coffee in the morning, 5 min from the beach and restaurants. Really nice owner too.

Excellent

Cozy bungalows in a quiet neighborhood. No AC but ventilator is sufficient during the night. Every bungalow has its own bench and hammock. You can also use the kitchen area including equipment. There is hot water and instant coffee/tea for free. Host is very friendly and hospitable. We liked the local and hidden spot in the southern part of the island. Everything you need is within walking distance (minimart, beach, restaurant, bar,...). It is advisable to rent a scooter nevertheless.

taxis can not pick you up/drop you off directly in front of the Hostel because there is a bridge which only motorbikes can cross. Also the street from the bridge to the hostel consists mostly of sand.

Exceptional

We are very happy with our stay at Lonely Groove. Zod (the host) is a very nice, friendly and funny person. He makes sure that everything is always ok and is very attentive. The place is very nice, cozy, clean and very quiet, it is located a few minutes walk from a very clean and quiet beach. We stayed 3 days and ended up extending to 1 week.

It was very nice to have a bungalow next to the beach

It is very nice at lonely groove. You have your own hammock, can use the kitchen it is calm and Zod is very cool and friendly person. :)
