From the moment we arrived the lovely lady on reception couldn’t do enough for us, there were a couple of issues with our room which were immediately sorted, the rooms though basic were clean and comfortable, good air con nice view the beach is nearby and it’s really lovely, we had monkeys visit us on a few occasions , there are plenty of good eateries in the vicinity, nice walks and nothing to complain about we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back there 😎

Fantastic view.very close to nice beach and restaurants.short walk to palolem beach.reception staff were excellent
Access by road is difficult if you don’t know the way which our taxi driver didn’t .
