Great location, very quiet too.
It’s near the end of the season so it’s a little tired. Most staff are great, one less so.

The location was great and the little path to the rooms was lovely. I didn’t really have an opportunity to use the pool but I saw them cleaning it everyday.

Simple beach hut, just off of palolem beach.
Next to art cafe, which offers yoga classes & nice food. Also attached restaurant has good options for veggies & vegans.
Facilities were clean & as expected, check in was simple & staff friendly.
Could do with a little refurbishment, there were small things broken in the room (such as bed headboard).
WiFi wasn’t very strong in my hut, I tried to watch TV & it was near impossible to get a decent signal.
The pool is completely covered overhead which isn’t shown in pics, which is a shame as would’ve been nice to sunbathe next to it.

Location was really good
Pool didn't look inviting - water looked a strange colour.
Advertised as having a safe deposit box in Room- but there was not one
We were informed on booking that cash payments could not be taken - however; problems with payment system meant that we could not pay by card - and had to pay with cash - leaving us short on cash for our time in Palolem
