Very clean and well equipped. Lots of room and comfortable sofas. Particularly liked the two balconies
Double bed on ground floor was hard and uncomfortable, as was single bed on 3rd floor. Also nowhere to hang up clothing, even a few hooks on the wall would do

The bathroom door on the 4th floor lock was broken.

Fantastic location, right on the beach.
Separate balconies, facing east & west.
Plenty of room inside for all of us.
Fridge was missing the bottom door shelf, hampering storage of tall bottles
The lower patio had not been weeded for some time
Kitchen sink did not have a drainer
