Atrocious!

The location is good for sight seeing.

There are no windows that open in this apartment. I believe that is against code. The mattress was sagging and the sheets dirty. There was no mattress cover, so the mattress itself was clearly well used and quite old. My friend and I had to book another airbnb because we could not stay there. We need to get our money back. The owner said they would come by to open the plastic covered window. It was impossible to do this. I was appalled by the misleading description and photos. We payed over $600.00 for a place that was not healthy. I have asthma and it was clear there had been smokers in this apartment. I feel I was taken and they need to reimburse me.

Very disappointing...

- The location is the BEST thing: with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets near-by, and close to the main attractions (2 min walking to Saint Paul metro, 16min walking to Notre Dame, 23 min walking to Gare de Lyon, 35min walking to Louvre Pyramid etc). - A place to sleep, with clean sheets and warm water to take a shower.

- Photos do NOT match the reality - Zero windows in both bedrooms (which meant zero natural light, and with the air getting very stuffy & warm inside), as this is a ground floor accommodation - Weird bathroom layout (very small space for the toilet due to the washing machine decided position) - Bathrooms doors were NOT closing at all (which not ideal if you are a group...) - No working wi-fi during our whole 4 night stay, Poor wi-fi signal overall. - Not the best cleaning - Not enough consumables for the booked stay (4 nights/4 people): not enough soap/ toilet paper (& no bidet) etc + Low quality cheap consumables. - Communication with the accommodation: in our last day we had to let into the apartment 2 technicians. This happed just 1 hour before we had to check-out of the apartment. We really didn't feel conformable with the situation, especially being so close to check-out time, and especially given zero prior notice (e.g. day/timeframe). No info on tourist tax communicated well upfront and in advance (e.g. 5eur/day/pers + tax) - Too high price given overall facilities provided . For sure, we will NOT return here.

La ubicación y el equipamiento del apartamento. La agencia que gestionaba el apartamento fue muy eficaz y profesional. El jardín de acceso a la propiedad es increíble!

El apartamento es pequeño pero nada que no viésemos en las fotos. Aún así recomiendo dada la ubicación super céntrica.
