Maryline, the host is very friendly, super professional. She is also of great advice on how to best enjoy the area. Parking is simple as it's in front of the property, very easy access by foot to the beach (sandy and large) 300m away. Property is in a quiet residential area. Property is a lovely small house with 2 double bedrooms, a lounge, a dining room and a well equipped kitchen (oven, large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave). One bathroom/toilet downstairs with a washing machine and outside area large enough to hang the washing. Front and back garden with lovely flowers. Small supermarket down the road (15mins approx by foot) as well as some restaurants and a chemist. Free car park 5 mins drive near the small supermarket to then walk to Valras centre (20mins approx by foot) where all the shops and restaurants are. Had a lovely ice cream at Mira-Mar. Visited by car Saint Pierre sur Mer, lovely holiday resort too. House was very clean and very functional including air conditioning in both bedrooms and a fan downstairs. Had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend.
A little far from Valras centre if you like to stay in a buzzing and a busy place but for us it was fine as we love walking and enjoyed the fact the house was in a quiet area.

Très bon emplacement. Maison très agréable, très propre. 2 belles chambres. Cuisine équipée. Propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeante. 2 beaux espaces extérieurs, devant et derrière la maison.

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille avec notre chien dans une maison très agréable avec 2 terrasses ombragées selon l'heure de la journée, jardinets fleuris, grand espace salon/salle a manger, cuisine très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, chambres spacieuses équipées de ventilateurs haut de gamme très appréciables durant la canicule, commerces à proximité et surtout plage à 2 pas,
Dès notre arrivée nous avons été ravis et charmés par l'accueil de notre hôte et des prestations de la maison, je recommande les yeux fermés !

Das sie in einer ruhigen Umgebung war, sie sehr sauber war, wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und das unser Hund dabei sein durfte.
