Located beachfront with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the second largest barrier reef in the world, the Belize Sandcastle features a 2,600 square foot house with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, private heated pool, and a football field sized walled-in garden with 3 fountains, a screened in tiki hut, and bocce ball court. The upper and lower decks, which span the entire length of the home, entice you outdoors for al fresco dining or lounging as you soak in views of the Caribbean Sea and our sand beach. Wall to wall sliding doors at the Sandcastle allow breezy access to the beach.

The Belize Sandcastle team is available for assistance needed during your stay. Your daily rate includes the service of our chef and her assistant who will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for you. Cost of food is not included but our staff will shop for you. There is a $400 deposit for groceries during your stay so they can prepare your first day meal and beyond. Please give our chef payment for any additional groceries that you need.

The general housekeeping cleaning fee is collected with your rental payment. This covers full house cleaning before and after, plus daily straightening up.

The living areas on the beach level feature an oversized family room area for gathering. Sofas, chaise lounge chairs, cushioned rocking chair, TV, mini fridge, and a game table for five makes this a great spot for everyone to spend time together. The family room opens up to the pool on one side and gorgeous views of the Caribbean on the other.

The tranquil screened in pool provides all weather-enjoyment. There is plenty of space to unwind with chaise lounges, tables, and beautiful custom chairs. Overhead fans provide lighting both in and above the pool, perfect evening swimming.

Three bedrooms are beach level and have air conditioning. Two bedrooms, located off the lounge area, feature folding wood doors that can be closed for privacy or opened to experience the calming sounds of the beach. Both bedrooms have a mahogany queen bed and a twin bed, as well as built-in mahogany cabinetry. Each bedroom has a door leading to a large jack and jill bathroom with an oversized, tiled shower. The third bedroom, off the family room, has two windows facing the Caribbean, built-in cabinets, and a queen bed. There is a bathroom off this bedroom which has an oversized, tiled walk-in shower, ideal for a post-beach day rinse.

On the upper level, your favorite spot will be the covered deck that extends the entire length of the house. Enjoy the rectangle mahogany dining table with a buffet server in between. Chaise-lounge chairs provide an idyllic spot for reading or a nap amidst the soft breeze.

The upper living room has Caribbean views, a cathedral ceiling along with two sofas, a club chair, a chaise lounge, bookshelves with books and a TV. Ceiling fans blow the cool sea breeze around, creating a wonderfully inviting sitting area.

The massive mahogany dining room table seats 10 to 12 people, set against sliding glass doors that fully open to ocean views. The fully appointed kitchen includes a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, bottled water and more. Belizean wood cabinets with glass fronts, local tile backsplash, and a cathedral ceiling in the kitchen/dining area provides the backdrop for your culinary delights. There is also a spacious kitchen island that seats four, as well as a half bath off the kitchen.

Just off the upper living area is the air-conditioned ensuite master bedroom with built-in Belizean mahogany cabinets, large closet, and folding mahogany doors that open to enjoy sea views from the king size bed. The light-filled master bath has charming ceramic tile on the vanity area and throughout the roomy shower.

The property is a short golf cart ride [3 miles] south of San Pedro and lush with tropical trees, fruit, vegetables, herbs, as well as native plants and flowers. The grounds include an expansive, football field sized private walled garden with bocce ball court and three cascading fountains. Relax or play games in the large screened-in “Tiki Hut,” furnished with oversized lounge chairs and a game table.

The third-floor tower is a destination unto itself. Gather the group to enjoy happy hour sunsets and evening stargazing or escape alone with your morning coffee to view the colorful sunrises.

The pier is a tranquil place to view abundant aquatic life or sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise. With a large bench for sitting, napping or reading and a ladder to access the water easily for swimming, you might find yourself wading away on your paradise vacation.
