About this house rental
This cozy ground level, two bedroom, one bath apartment was built for the family that owns it by their grandfather. They have chosen to honor him by calling it Papou's Place, Greek for Grandfather. It has a large patio and is decorated with the coast in mind. Location, location, location - in the heart of the south end, within walking distance to the pier, restaurants, shops and easy access to the beach just steps away from the front door. For added security for both the property and our guests there is an outside security camera that records activity in the front of the property.

This was the perfect getaway for me husband and I to bring our grandson. It’s just a walk to the beach and the accommodations are nice! Great place to stay!

Overall great place for a couple or family of four. It was just cozy enough for us to be comfortable for a long weekend. My family and I didn’t spend much time at the place since the beach was a one minute walk and with local shops, restaurants, and more within 5-7 minutes of walking. Location is the best in my opinion and we were able to enjoy the patio for a few hours once the sun was behind the building providing shade for us. The breeze was great to have on the patio and overall was quiet given the proximity to the beach, public parking area and facing the street.

Location, Location! This apartment is adorable. Very clean when we arrived. Once you get having one way streets, it's easy to find. Wonderful beds. Refrig had quick making icemachine. The best feature is the entrance to the beach 25 yards away. It's a wooden RAMP, With great handrails. No steps, just beach on the other side. Very user friendly for young and Seniors or those walking w canes, walkers,or even a beach wheelchair. Wonderful restaurants just minutes away.Quick response from local rental person. I highly recommend this vrbo.
