Unit is located on the third floor in close proximity to the elevator and stairwell (you might hear people coming and going in the hall). This is a dog friendly unit. Please also be mindful of the neighbors outside of these times. 4 - Please turn off lights and lock all doors and windows when not at home. 5 - If using street parking, please consider the neighbors and park near the home, if possible. 6 - The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Message us if this needs to be updated. 7 - Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Should you choose to have a package delivered anyway, Descansa Property Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. We will not be available to help locate in the event of either. 8 - Spring through Fall is sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest. Please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Dispose of food waste promptly. 9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee. 10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. 11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. Exclusive Guest Policy We only accept reservations made directly by the guests themselves. Bookings for third parties are not allowed.
