Nestled in Gresham, this charming house for $362 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This wonderful suburban retreat offers a fantastic location and a number of amenities. The back of the property sits next to some greenspace and the Springwater Corridor Trail runs directly behind the home and has 21 miles of paved surface and stretches from Portland all the way to Boring, Oregon. Upon entry you are greeted with a split level concept where the upper floor boasts an open living and dining layout that sits adjacent to the fully stocked kitchen. Just down the hall there is a full bath shared with two of the bedrooms, while the third upper bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The Springwater Escape recently received a number of upgrades and enhancements. Every bit of furnishing and décor is brand new and was curated to help create that perfect blend of comfort and style for your stay. Descending to the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms and a half bath. There is a second media area with ample seating. Make sure to play some of the preloaded original Nintendo games while listening to the library of vinyl records. When in the mood for something a bit more active, the garage has been converted into an epic game room with a bit of everything. It's loaded with electronic shuffle board, air hockey, foosball, and a GIANT Connect Four. All can be enjoyed by the entire group as there is even more seating and a huge TV to stream whatever you are in the mood for. The oversized backyard is fully fenced so kiddos and pets can enjoy. You'll find seating on the upper deck while there is a brand new hot tub on the ground level that is a hit with most every group. Don't forget to go for a long or short stroll on the Springwater Trail just behind the home if you are in the mood. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. We loved this house! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving feast (except a mixer) and the quality of the pots, pans and cutlery was amazing for a rental property. The kids (small and large) loved the game room. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We will definitely return!

The house was clean with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and made our stay a little easier for quick meals. The hot tub was ready to use when we arrived. The game room in the garage was a nice way to spend some of our down time. We used the house as a base for excursions to Portland and our son's wedding at the Cedarville Lodge. We would definitely stay at Springwater if we are in the area again.

Our family came to town for a wedding. It was a very quick trip. This house was very close to the airport and the wedding venue, so it was perfect. The house was great. Well appointed, plenty of room for a family of 9. They also had gear for an infant which was nice. Game room was fun. The house was very clean, we enjoyed the hot tub as well. Kitchen is well stocked, even had to use the laundry unexpectedly, so glad it was available. Would rent again.

We traveled to Gresham from KC, MO to visit family. Everyone stayed at the house (all 10 of us) and we had plenty of room. There were fun things in the game room for the kids to do and play with. It was a wonderful time with family in the perfect location.

We highly recommend this property. The decor was really cute, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone and it was very well-stocked in all areas: kitchen, BBQ, all utensils, and so many games. The game room was a selling feature for us and it did not disappoint. We really felt comfortable and would definitely stay again!

We recently enjoyed this property with 6 adults and one dog. Being old friends, we wanted a place to relax, catch up and enjoy the gorgeously Oregon sunsets. This house delivered! Awesome hot tub and game room, with lots of quirks all over the property. The house decor and bedrooms are adorable and modern. The neighborhood location was a great home base as we toured downtown the McMenimins Edgefield. Best, their kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need! Would stay again, and highly reccomend!

Our group consisted of 7 college students and one parent. Besides the 5 bedrooms, sofas in the living room and pull-out sofa bed in the den were also available. The students enjoyed the game room, hot tub and Roku. The location was within driving distance of several grocery stores and restaurants. We appreciated that other than a hand mixer, the house and kitchen were well stocked, including PAM, canola oil and maple syrup as well as spices. We would definitely go there again!

This property was perfect for our group of friends. The family with a toddler used the downstairs space and that allowed them a quiet spot and room to play. The shower heads are a little low for anyone over 5’5’.

This property is beautiful, it has everything you'll need and more. The location is nestled perfectly next to the Ross Shopping Center yet far enough away that you have beautiful green scenery in the backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room along with the hottub. The host was easy to communicate with and very understanding. 10/10 would go back
