Our cozy, stylish home is an ideal place to stay as you explore all that metro Detroit has to offer while visiting for pleasure or for business. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home boasting a bar, game, and entertainment area in the basement. The main floor features an elegant living area with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchen, and a dining area. The space: This beautifully appointed home features lots of classic details & charm including plaster walls, a living room w/ coved ceiling & hardwood floors throughout much of the main level. Highlights of the kitchen include a full remodel with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining room. Three full bedrooms, a beautifully updated bathroom, and a spacious living area complete the first floor. The finished basement includes an entertainment/game room with a bar, a roomy full bath, an additional sleeping arrangement, and laundry. This home sits on a nice-sized lot & has a fully fenced-in backyard with a patio sectional seating, providing an excellent space for outdoor entertaining. Convenient to downtown Royal Oak and many nearby hubs. Guest access During your stay, you are welcome to utilize all of the spaces and amenities. If there is something you're unsure how to use, let us know and we will be happy to assist! There is a locked closet door in the laundry room where we store cleaning supplies which guests do not have access to. Safety Devices: Security camera/recording device -Ring Doorbell Camera with recording located at the front entrance of the house. -Ring Spotlight Camera with recording located on the garage pointing to the driveway and the back of the home. Carbon monoxide alarm installed Each floor of the house has a carbon monoxide alarm. One is located by the kitchen, one is located in the hallway central to each of the 3 bedrooms, and one is located in the basement. Smoke alarm installed Smoke alarms are located throughout the home

This home was just as described and super clean and cozy! Super appreciate the kind bottle of wine and how welcoming it was. Great communication by host with directions on arrival and departure. We met friends from Scotland and Canada and absolutely loved it! Slept well in comfortable beds after having fun with games and just visiting and laughing lots. Our friend weekend was amazing mainly because we all felt so at home. The additional thoughtfulness of having extra supplies was phenomenal! Well done, you thought of it all. We will definitely be back! Much appreciated!

We had an excellent stay. Shu was a wonderful host, and provided all of the information we needed for our stay. The house was clean, well appointed and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and close to many restaurants and shopping. We would recommend to anyone staying in the area and would stay again ourselves!

The property was perfect for a friends/family trip to the Detroit area. The location was in a quiet neighborhood with ample walking access to restaurants. Home was nicely decorated, plenty of room for 5 adults, and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager did a wonderful job and was easily accessible when/if needed. You could not ask for anything more than this property gives you. We will stay again during our next visit!

Our family of 6 spent the week at this wonderful home and loved it. The home was furnished with everything that we needed, including extras such as a bottle of wine upon check-in, plenty of towels, wonderful bedding, cute patio, Roku and more. I also loved that everything in this home was nicely labeled and easy to figure out (light switches, cabinets, etc.). What I was even more impressed by was the hospitality and courtesy of the hosts! Shu and Christine were exceptional about communication - both in terms of their quick response time and in their kindness to help us with questions about our stay. They went over and above to help us feel welcome and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean. The home fit the description that was given and pictures that were on the Vrbo app. I was close to a bunch of different areas in a nice neighborhood. The house was perfect for me and my family. The host was very nice and helpful and very good with communication, I will be booking this house again the next time I come to Michigan. I highly recommend.
