Take a walk on the trail through the private forest or paddle the canoe out on our pond. Located around 5 minutes away from the artsy towns of Douglas and Saugatuck, there is plenty to enjoy in town as well. INSIDE THE HOME The main floor has a living room with soaring ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights. Next to the living room is a large dining table and spacious kitchen that features a large island, two ovens and sub-zero fridge. Pots and pans, dishes and utensils are available for guests to use. On the main floor you will also find two bedrooms and a full bath. Upstairs includes the large master bedroom with full bath overlooking the private pond. The lower level is a place you can get cozy and watch a movie or read a book in front of the gas fireplace. You will also find the laundry room, full bathroom, and large bedroom that sleeps 5. If needed, the sofa in the t.v. room pulls out to a queen-sized bed for extra sleepers. There is one more bedroom and half bathroom above the attached garage. Fishing poles, outdoor games, snow shoes and sleds are available if you are looking for something more active. The property also has its own little sandy beach. Wildlife can be seen roaming around including wild turkeys, deer, ducks, geese, and cranes.
