Miss info about the check inn. I never received the email from Expedia explaining that the room key was under password lock and when we arrived the front desk told me that I did not have reservation so was like 1 hour call Expedia costumer service

Our host was very attentive and responded to all of our needs....There were a couple of glitches but all worked out without incident....The main problem was not our hosts but was the problem of the River Ranch building....the lights for the stairs were not working. We reported the trouble and it was repaired within the hour....A combination of our host and River Ranch made our stay great a great experience...
